For our international automotive client, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Your Rol:

As a project coordinator you ensure that vehicles and mobility solutions meet all required

regulations before entering the market. You operate in the homologation team; the heart of

engineering, compliance, and coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.

• Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.

• Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.

• Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).

• Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).

• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.

• Handling administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).

• Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.

Who are you?

• You are structured, analytical,



and able to create clarity in a complex and fast-moving environment.

• You have a Bachelor or Master in a technical field (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial

Engineering or similar).

• You are experienced in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicle

development, or technical documentation.

• You have a strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.

• You can organize and prioritize in an ad hoc, high-pressure environment.

• You take ownership and work autonomously towards deadlines, with accuracy and

attention to detail.

• You have excellent communication skills in English, with good command of Dutch or

French.

• You have perseverance and resilience in a demanding international context.
