Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

- You will be part of the web platforms competence team and combine second-line support with technical contributions to the web platforms that are maintained in the team. You ensure the stable operation of Client's web platforms and contribute to improvements.
- This role consists of approximately 60% support, problem analysis & coordination and 40% (technical) development and debugging.
- You handle and analyze reports related to CMS platforms, web applications, integrations and security issues. You detect recurring incidents and formulate proposals for structural improvements to increase the quality and stability of the platforms. In addition, you support releases, help ensure the stable operation of the environment and draw up documentation, FAQs and user manuals. You maintain smooth communication with internal customers and first-line support.
- In addition, you will make a technical and development-oriented contribution. You debug problems in web applications, both on the frontend and backend side, and support the development of bug fixes and technical improvements. You test and validate new functionalities to ensure the quality of deliveries and analyze log files and monitoring data to follow up on performance and any bottlenecks. You will also contribute to and coordinate activities related to the technical management of the platforms. Finally,



you actively contribute to the development work within the team's projects and support the further development and optimization of the web applications.

Skills

- Demonstrable experience in development of the based applications-Must Have (Intermediate – 3 years)
- Proven experience with full stack web development-Must Have (Intermediate – 4 years)
- Demonstrated experience with platform or system administration in a web context (DevOps)-Must Have (Intermediate – 2 years)
- Proven experience with ticketing or incident management processes & tools-Must Have – Yes/No
- Demonstrated knowledge of debugging and log analysis-Must Have – Yes/No
- Proven knowledge of Git (version control)-Must Have – Yes/No
- Customer and solution-oriented, communicative-Must Have – Yes/No
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Must Have – Yes/No
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.-Must Have – Yes/No
- Be able to perform demonstrable experience in programming assignments very smoothly: coding, testing and debugging.-Should Have – Yes/No
- Demonstrable experience with Django/Wagtail (or similar)-Should Have – Yes/No
