We are looking for a Strategic Buyer to work on the sourcing of technical equipment and services. You will take ownership of strategic procurement activities and contribute to the successful delivery of major projects.

- Develop and implement medium- to long-term procurement strategies for technical equipment and services.
- Manage end-to-end procurement procedures, from defining selection and awarding criteria through tendering, negotiation and contract award.
- Analyse international markets, suppliers and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, project and business stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement activities.
- Contribute to sustainable procurement initiatives, process improvements and the development of procurement best practices.

What we expect from you:

- Degree in engineering, technical studies, economics or a related field, with a strong technical background.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical procurement, strategic sourcing,



public procurement or project management.
- Fluency in French and Dutch and English.
- Good understanding of contract negotiation, strong Microsoft Office skills.
