LOGISTICS MANAGER/Supervisor – DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION

⏰ Position: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager/Supervisor to lead all on-site logistics activities for a complex, fast-paced project.

You will ensure the safe, efficient and timely movement of construction materials, equipment and resources—helping project teams maintain programme, control costs and deliver safely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily site logistics, including deliveries, storage and internal distribution

• Develop and maintain the site logistics plan

• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, procurement and construction teams

• Schedule material deliveries and transportation routes

• Maintain organised, secure and accessible storage areas

• Monitor inventory, material movements and supplier interfaces

• Resolve logistics issues that could affect the construction programme

• Identify waste, inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

• Manage logistics budgets and monitor transportation,



storage and handling costs

• Work closely with HSE teams to maintain the highest safety, quality and environmental standards

• Coordinate site access, transport permits and logistics-related training

What we’re looking for:

• Proven site logistics management experience within construction or large-scale projects

• Strong experience coordinating suppliers and subcontractors

• Practical knowledge of construction delivery planning, material management and site operations

• Ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement and construction teams

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement
