The Role

As our Data Analyst for HR & Facility Management, you'll turn scattered numbers into a single source of truth that leadership actually trusts. You'll own the journey from raw data to sharp insight, building the dashboards, standards, and roadmaps that let HR and FM make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and automate HR and FM reporting and dashboards that people actually want to use
- Turn raw data into clear, actionable insights and KPI reporting
- Take ownership of data quality,



from setting standards to driving improvements
- Shape the future of HR and FM data products and analytics roadmaps
- Bring structure to KPI definitions & business rules
- Partner across HR, FM, IT, Data, and Architecture teams

What You Need

- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a BIrole
- Hands-on skills with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools, along with strongSQL skills
- A genuine understanding of data quality and data governance principles
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is an asset.
