We're looking for an experienced Test coordinator to support the integral implementation of SuccessFactors with an integration towards local HR systems. The consultant will play a key role in coordinating and executing all relevant testing activities needed to ensure the quality, compliance, payroll accuracy, and business readiness of the implemented HR solution. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process owners, integration teams, and external implementation partners to validate that the delivered solution aligns with business requirements, Belgian legal obligations, SAP localisations, reporting expectations, payroll accuracy, and operational processes across the full HR landscape.

Elaborate a test activity plan, including the different domains in scope, time lines, roles & responsibilities of the relevant stakeholders and centralization of all test scenario’s needed to evaluate Go/No Go Live d
- ecision.Coordinate and execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for SuccessFactors implementations and related HR integ




- rations.Support business and participate actively in the definition and documentation of an exhaustive list of test scenarios, covering all relevant
- domains.Validate end-to-end HR processes including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, Payroll integrations, reporting, and an
- alytics.Ensure SAP localisations and Belgium-specific HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements are fully covered during testing act
- ivities.Perform data validation activities, including employee master data validation, interface reconciliation, reporting consistency checks, and migration verif
- ication.Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, time management, and downstream appli
- cations.Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and external
- vendors.Monitor testing progress, formalize & document status reports on a proactive & recurrent basis, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues when
- needed.Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness act
