Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems powering Ogury’s persona modeling and reporting platforms.

You’ll collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and product teams in a cross‑functional setting to improve data reliability and enable data-driven decisions.

You will help optimize persona modeling and ad delivery while enhancing monitoring and troubleshooting.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape data infrastructure at scale within a values‑driven, inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience as Data Engineer or Software Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Scala or Python, and experience with Spark
• Proficiency with SQL and AWS services (Sage

Maker, Clickhouse, DynamoDB)
• Knowledge of backend languages (Go, C#, or C++)
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins), Terraform, Docker or Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like Tensor

Flow or PyTorch (nice to have)
• Appetite to learn about machine learning, algorithmic systems, and new domains
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English and French
