In this Rev

Ops role, you will drive AI-powered automation across the customer lifecycle to scale our revenue engine.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance to implement production-grade AI workflows, monitor impact, and iterate on results.

You will also evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships, and promote AI adoption across teams.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how AI accelerates growth and efficiency at Holded.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and improve AI tools across the customer lifecycle (Happy Robot, Supersonik, Clay)
• Partner with Sales/Support/Marketing to identify automation opportunities and implement them with engineering support
• Monitor adoption, usage and performance of AI tools; debug and iterate on prompts, flows and integrations; track impact on metrics
• Evaluate new AI tools and vendors; decide build vs buy; maintain vendor relationships
• Act as the internal AI adoption champion; translate technical capabilities into simple, actionable workflows for non-technical teams
• Document processes and tool configurations for maintainability




• Contribute to the broader Business Ops roadmap

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in Rev

Ops or similar, with interest in AI and automation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, prompt engineering, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N, Hub

Spot workflows)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows; curiosity to go deeper
• Strong process mindset; ability to map workflows and design scalable automations
• Business acumen to identify where IA adds impact
• Cross-team collaboration skills; ability to influence and lead without authority
• Clear communication translating technical AI into actionable workflows for non-technical teams
• Experience with Hub
