Experteer Overview
As Lead Platform Engineer you accelerate Lighthouse’s frontend platform initiatives, guiding a migration from Ember to React and strengthening the design system.

You own AI-assisted frontend tooling and establish guardrails to ensure safe, high-quality code produced by engineers and AI agents.

You’ll translate broad goals into actionable plans, collaborate with product engineers and solution architects, and drive adoption across teams.

This role offers impact on scalable frontend foundations and the future of generative UI, with a mission to help hoteliers act faster and smarter.

Responsabilidades
• Senior-level frontend engineering experience with independent planning and delivery
• Strong experience with React and Type

Script, guiding migrations and patterns
• Proficiency with at least one AI development tool and understanding of guardrails
• Solid project-management skills and ability to communicate progress clearly
• Experience working beyond application code, including tooling, cloud infrastructure, and delivery pipelines
• Excellent communication and ability to build trusted relationships with product teams
• Product-minded, pragmatic, and able to defend frontend best practices while focusing on impact
• Taking initiative and welcoming feedback with a well-reasoned technical approach
