Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the adoption of digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities within Bio

Pharmaceuticals Clinical Operations.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to map workflows, define priority use cases, and coordinate pilots and onboarding.

You’ll create practical enablement resources and gather feedback to remove adoption barriers and sustain new ways of working.

You will be part of a team focused on scalable adoption and continuous improvement, supporting a data-driven, patient-centric transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support adoption plans and activation activities for assigned capabilities
• Gather user, workflow and business insights to define priority use cases and expected behaviours
• Support workflow mapping and identify impacts on processes, hand-offs, decisions and role responsibilities
• Coordinate pilots, onboarding activities, user testing and feedback collection
• Analyse feedback and usage data to identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain user-facing enablement materials such as job aids, workflow guidance, FAQs and session content




• Maintain adoption tracking and support reporting on usage, behaviour and sustainment
• Support user communities, feedback loops and targeted adoption interventions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong analytical, planning and coordination skills
• Ability to gather, organise and document user and business needs clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create practical, user-focused materials
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and matrix teams
• Interest in digital products, data, AI-enabled capabilities and new ways of working
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare environments is desirable
• Exposure to adoption, change, implementation, digital products, analytics or AI-enabled capabilities is desirable
• Familiarity with process mapping, user journeys, pilot activities or feedback collection is desirable
