We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and status reporting.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with software development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards.
- Support resource planning, change requests, and project documentation.
- Contribute to improving PMO processes and project delivery best practices.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
- Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.




- Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Professional English (C1) is mandatory.
- French is a plus.
