Focused mainly on innovation, we provide a unique customer relationship ecosystem and are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis.
- Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
- Provide effort estimations for projects.
- Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
- Analyze and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
- Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
- Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
- Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
- Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.

Requirements & Experience




- +5 years of proven hands-on experience working in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, working in coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Core Cloud Knowledge: Solid, proven experience working with different Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).
- Methodology: Strong experience working under Agile methodology frameworks.
- Language Skills: Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)
- Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to other Salesforce ecosystem Clouds is highly welcome.
