The position requires strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate complex activities with diverse internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and go to market teams.
ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound activities such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-upResearch accounts, facilities portfolios,



and stakeholders to tailor outreach messagingGenerate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Sales SpecialistsRespond to inbound marketing leads and assess fit based on defined qualification criteria (industry, use case, building lifecycle stage, and buying intent)Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges related to facilities operations, building lifecycle data management, manufacturing and logistics operations and efficiency Clearly articulate customer needs and map them to high-level Autodesk value propositionsIdentify opportunities within assigned accounts and schedule sales activities, exercising sound judgment and occasionally adapting from standard practices when appropriate Pass well qualified leads to appropriate sales teams or partners in alignment with established routing guidelines Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems, including lead tracking, activity logging, follow ups, and reporting Execute semi routine assignments independently, seeking guidance primarily for new or complex workstreamsO
