As the business continues to grow across Southern Europe, they are looking for an experienced Director of Sales - Iberia to lead their commercial strategy across Spain and Italy.This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving regional revenue growth, leading a remote sales organisation, expanding enterprise customer relationships, and strengthening the partner ecosystem.You should already understand the market, the competition, and have an established network within the industry.Proven experience leading remote sales teams across multiple countries, ideally Spain and Italy, with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams.Ownership of regional revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance,
