before transferring it from the supplier; Drives plant Gauge repeatability and reproducibility (Gauge RR) and operational training; Perform analysis of Gauge RR results then advise to proceed to actions on Checking fixture, product &/or workinstructionsMeasurement and data analysis, fluent in statistical process (Excel or Minitab); Makes or manage dimensional measurements and deliver dimensional reports; 3D scanning experience is a plus (preferred withPolyworks).Product convergency:Validates tolerance commitment in RFQ with PLE (RPSsystem, tolerances on internal and external gaps,...); Validates measurement scenario in accordance with customer expectation; Validates the content ofthe Geometry Folder created by the Design Leader or the EPM; Leads the Geometry Folder definition for complex and innovative projects; Ensures that the tools and methodology are used correctly within the projects; Estimates the budget (hours + costs) needed on general geometry scenario to ensure convergen
