This position reports directly to the Product and Business Development Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end product portfolio and lifecycleDefine and maintain pricing guidelines, ensuring compliance across sales channelsApprove formulations, product and raw material specifications, and packaging standardsDrive product lifecycle decisions, including portfolio pruning and cost optimization initiativesEnsure full regulatory compliance, coordinating with corporate and regulatory teams on product documentationLead resolution of customer complaints, balancing customer satisfaction with operational feasibilityInitiate and manage innovation and improvement projects in close collaboration with R&D; and technical teamsEvaluate and implement strategies to access new market segments (e.g.,
