We are seeking a versatile and strategic Digital Product Owner & Tech Product Manager to drive the vision, lifecycle, and delivery of our digital applications and technology platforms.
In this dual-capability role, you will bridge the gap between market / consumer requirements, business strategy, user experience, and technical execution.
You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, aligning key organizational stakeholders, and leading Agile development teams to build scalable,



high-impact digital solutions that support our general operations.
Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to identify business pain points, refine requirements, and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.
Evaluate integrations across foundational enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and proprietary core applications) to ensure a cohesive technical ecosystem.
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
Drive end-to-end Agile software development cycles (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives).
Serve as the primary point of contact for software engineers, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirement details and resolve delivery blockers.
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics to assess delivery velocity, quality, and post-launch adoption.
