You will lead the transition from late-stage product development to commercial readiness while continuing to drive the evolution of our current platform and future technologies.
Working closely with Operations, QA/RA, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, you will help ensure successful commercialization while strengthening the engineering capabilities required to support our long-term growth.
Youve successfully led engineering organizations through the transition from product development to commercial reality. You know what happens when the first systems reach hospitals, when customer feedback begins to shape product evolution, and when engineering must support manufacturing, clinical teams and commercial operations without losing the pace of innovation.
You have built and scaled multidisciplinary engineering organizations developing complex medical technologies, creating environments where robotics, software, electronics, systems engineering and mechanics work seamlessly
