Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and assembly tooling for aircraft structural components.
Analyze 3D models, technical drawings, and manufacturing requirements.
Create and support the manufacturing of physical tooling solutions.
Perform assembly and interference reviews using CAD tools.
Support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and industrial teams throughout the tooling lifecycle.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in tooling design, manufacturing engineering, or production support.
Proficiency with CATIA and 3D modeling environments.
Strong understanding of GD&T;, metal structures, and precision tolerancing.
Experience working in factory environments and interacting with large industrial equipment.
Practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to bridge design and manufacturing requirements.
Aerospace experience is a strong advantage.
