We're a global team of 180+ builders at the rare inflection point where a category leader becomes a category-defining platform. We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale the backend systems powering our general products and platforms.

Backend Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems
Build high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready software using Java and the Spring ecosystem
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization




Improve system observability through monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
Identify technical debt and continuously improve system quality and maintainability
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams
Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment and production operations
5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, specializing in Java and distributed systems
~ Strong software engineering fundamentals with solid expertise in object-oriented design, clean code, and maintainable system architecture
~ Extensive experience building and operating microservices using the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
~ Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, networking, and operating systems
