We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales Department and take responsibility for developing and growing our business across assigned markets and customer accounts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and contributing to the company's commercial strategy.

Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for assigned markets and territories in line with BTSA's commercial objectives.
Identify, prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers and business opportunities within target markets.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, commercial conditions, and long-term agreements.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation, closing, and ongoing account development.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, risks, and potential areas for growth.
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure a high-quality customer experience and successful business development.
Prepare and deliver commercial presentations, proposals, quotations, and business reviews tailored to customer needs.
