You will own the full lifecycle of seasoning solutions, from concept creation to industrial production support, ensuring strong technical performance and high customer satisfaction.This is a hands-on role with real impact, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct customer interaction.Lead the development of seasoning solutions tailored to customer product portfoliosCreate, optimize, and adapt formulations based on performance targets, customer needs, and regulatory requirementsEnsure excellent application performance in finished products, including taste, stability, and process behaviorEvaluate formulations through lab work, pilot trials, and industrial validationSupport scale-up and production trials, both internally and at customer sitesTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions when neededAct as a key technical contact for the customer on ongoing projects and innovation initia
