Family-owned company with strong international exposure Descripción The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations in Spain, production, quality management, sales, HR, finance and IT.Ensuring continuous improvement on the quality of the products and establishing objective and transparent quality criteria and KPIs.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the companys digital presence and improve customer engagement.Steering all production related processes and secure a highly efficient production as well as high product quality.Coordinate and integrate all processes in the factory, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training and employee development.Monitor and manage the financial performance of the operations,



ensuring profitability and cost effectiveness.Drive IT and digital initiatives to modernize and improve business processes.
