What You'll Do:We are seeking an Operations Strategy Lead to join our Ops Strategy & Enablement team.In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects and workstreams that improve how Operations work across our Performance Media commercial models. You will help design, document, roll out, and continuously improve workflows, frameworks, and ways of working that make our operations more scalable, efficient, and clear for teams across regions. You will be expected to surface insights, flag risks, and recommend options to inform decision-making.This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who combines strong project management skills with operational thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. You will partner closely with Operations leadership, Product, Commercial,
