end-to-end process.Your mission is to design scalable workflows that prioritize speed and quality. Success requires data-driven precision and hiring excellence. You’ll focus on creating automated, well-aligned workflows that solve operational bottlenecks through process design rather than the "crutch" of a traditional ATS.Standardize Hiring Excellence: You will set the gold standard for candidate quality and process integrity. This includes designing robust verification protocols, ensuring only high-caliber talent enters the training pipeline.Optimize Team Performance: As the owner of the hiring team's output, you will monitor critical metrics to identify performance gaps.
