No prior AI product experience required; Track how AI is being used across N26, what it costs, and where it drives real impact. Use that data to sharpen what the team builds next.Strong Coding Fundamentals:You write clean, maintainable code; Our stack leans on Go and TypeScript, but what matters is that you care about what you ship and can pick up new languages fast.When you see a repeated manual step, you build the tool that removes it for everyone.Developer Tooling Experience:You have built or operated internal developer platforms: plugin registries, CI/CD integrations, package distribution, or configuration management.AI Coding Habit:You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar). GitOps/DevOps Experience:GitOps and DevOps are your natural environment.
