Sales Manager – Supply Partnerships, Europe

About the Company

We are helping our client, a general mobile advertising and data platform, find a Sales Manager – Supply Partnerships to join their growing European operations. The company operates a sell-side advertising technology platform that connects mobile publishers and app developers with advertisers, using AI-driven audience targeting and real-time data to power a global programmatic advertising ecosystem.

With direct integrations across thousands of publishers worldwide and a strong presence in the mobile advertising space, the company is now expanding its supply partnerships team into Europe, with this role marking its first dedicated hire for the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the company's publisher supply base across the broader European market, working across in-app, mobile web, and web environments, with a particular early focus on the mobile gaming vertical.

You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying and prospecting new publisher and app developer partners, through pitching,



negotiating, and closing deals, to handing off signed partners to the account management team for long-term relationship management.

Build and execute a territory strategy to grow the company's supply footprint, identifying whitespace and prioritizing verticals
Engage stakeholders at every level throughout the sales cycle — from developers and monetization teams to senior decision-makers
Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and onboarding, collaborating with Product, Ad Operations, Legal, and Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term partner success
Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce, with regular forecasting and deal progress reporting
Conduct research and data analysis to build tailored pitches and identify revenue growth opportunities within target publishers
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
