What You'll Do:Criteo’s Ops Strategy & Enablement team acts as the strategic enabler that turns business priorities and product innovation into scalable, efficient, and client-centric execution for our SCO organization in the Performance Media business.As Ops Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the Ops Enablement team. You will work closely with the Product and Ops Enablement Manager and with stakeholders across Ops, Product, R&D;, and regional teams and leaders to turn priorities into clear and practical ways of working.What you’ll doLead, coach, and coordinate the Ops Enablement team, providing clear priorities, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Track and measure progress, adoption, and impact of enablement initiatives, using data and qualitative feedback to adjust priorities and improve outcomes.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes, and lead change activities through implementation and adoption.Provide regular, structured updates to the manager on team achievements, blockers,



risks, and challenges, including proposed actions and any support required.Who You Are:5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, or a related technology-enabled environment.Demonstrated leadership experience through people management, team leadership, project leadership, mentoring, or coaching.
