ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects in a dynamic automotive environment.Manage multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.Act as the key interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing project profitability and operational efficiency.Monitor project performance through KPIs, risk management, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative solutions that meet technical, commercial,



and quality requirements.RequirementsIf you have strong organisation and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues this may be the right position for you.To be successful in the role you must have:• BCs in Industrial engineering.• High level of spoken and written English (compulsory) and German (recommended).• 5 to 10 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic product development departments.• Proven experience in international project management and team management. • Communication skills, teamwork, initiative and time management. • Power Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)• Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016• APQP Knowledge• Recommended knowledge in SAP and PLM• Desirable SAP experienceWhat we offerFast paced general environment with endless opportunities.Training and knowledge development opportunities.
