At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our COE Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe. The team’s responsibility is to drive the end‑to‑end design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention processes, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into clear, scalable standards and controls. By governing process integrity, overseeing evolution and testing, and coordinating across Compliance, Operations, IT and General stakeholders, the team enables ING to manage financial‑crime risks effectively and deliver consistent, high‑quality CDD execution.
Responsibilities

Positively contribute to the management and analysis of FCP data, enabling the delivery of key local and global initiatives and regulatory reports by ensuring accurate, complete and timely information.
Co‑create FCP data solutions together with the FCP team and other stakeholders (Data Office, Compliance, etc.), acting as a local data expert in both local and global FCP projects.
Design data frameworks to understand, define and organize FCP data needs,



translating them into actionable data plans.
Ensure the availability, quality and reliability of FCP data across different initiatives, proactively identifying gaps and data limitations.
Create, execute and continuously improve end‑to‑end processes to obtain, analyze and validate FCP data, working closely with the FCP team in business‑as‑usual activities.
Qualifications

Knowledge of data process automation.
Strong proficiency in SAS, SQL, Excel and Windows environment.
Experience designing, defining and developing dashboards and operational KPIs.
Ability to add value to data, obtain relevant insights, contribute to strategic decision making and challenge established assumptions.
Excellent teamwork skills, with strong communication abilities.
Adaptable, dynamic, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments and coordinating with other areas.
