We're looking for Biology Specialists with Masters or PhD-level expertise to help build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific knowledge will be used to create, solve, and review complex biology problems that push the boundaries of what AI can reason through.

This is a fully remote, versátil contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do

Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, high-quality problem statements




Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
Use Python or R where applicable to support data-driven or computational tasks

Who You Are

Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
Deeply knowledgeable in one or more core areas: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical tasks
Exceptionally clear and precise in written communication — you can explain complex science without losing rigor
Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently and asynchronously
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
Background in computational biology, systems biology, or genomics
Experience designing or peer-reviewing scientif
