Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, and referral programmes
Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions
Coordinate interviews and facilitate effective hiring discussions with stakeholders




Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency
Drive international hiring activities and employee mobility processes across European operations
Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process
Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business
Lead integral mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience
Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within the industry
