Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Dutch/Flemish speakers who are eager to take their professional journey to the next level with a paid relocation to Bulgaria. This position combines business development with a vibrant living environment, where you will be part of a dynamic team aiming at driving sales and growth.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through various channels to introduce our products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and sales leads
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the market
Adjust to the local culture and assist new clients in navigating our offerings effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
A proactive attitude and motivation to begin a career in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new environments
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A basic understanding of sales processes is desirable, though not mandatory
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new culture and lifestyle
