We're Hiring | Security Program Director

Are you ready to lead the global cybersecurity strategy of an international organization?
What you’ll do

Lead the company's global security program
Define and execute cybersecurity strategy & governance
Oversee compliance with international regulations (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, etc.)
Manage security risks, incidents, audits, and executive reporting
Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate security into business value
What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security
7+ years leading integral security programs
Strong expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT)
Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management & Zero Trust
Experience with Azure & AWS Cloud environments
Exceptional leadership, communication,



and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have

Cloud Security Architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Third-party & Vendor Risk Management
Lead security transformation at a global scale
Work in an international environment
Collaborate directly with executive leadership
Drive strategic initiatives with real business impact
