This hands-on, technically engaged role combines strong Workday expertise with analytical thinking in a complex, multi-country environment where getting it right is both an operational necessity and a direct expression of Sanofi's commitment to its people.

Main responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements
from HR and People Services stakeholders for system changes, enhancements, and new country rollouts, translating them into clear functional specifications
Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules hands-on, including time calculation rules, absence plans, accrual policies, work schedules, and shift patterns aligned with local regulations
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
including design documents, configur
