This position combines program leadership, client engagement, and business development responsibilities, allowing you to influence delivery frameworks, mentor teams, and contribute to organizational strategy.

Accountabilities

Lead complex SAP, non‑SAP, and technology transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals and client needs

Oversee resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery





Provide strategic direction to cross‑functional delivery teams, promoting operational excellence and best practices

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, advising on solutions, roadmaps, and business outcomes

Support business growth through sales enablement, proposal development, and market expansion initiatives

Mentor delivery teams, contribute to organizational strategy, and represent the organization at client meetings and industry events

Requirements

10+ years of experience managing complex SAP or enterprise IT transformation programs, ideally within consulting or managed services

Proven success in high‑growth or start‑up environments, with experience establishing scalable delivery processes

Cross‑sector and cross‑functional expertise with a record of delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across industries
