Clúster Digital de Catalunya

is an innovation cluster officially recognized as an Association of Innovative Companies (AEI) and supported by the Spanish Ministry of Industry and the Government of Catalonia.
With around 100 members—including large companies, SMEs, universities, and research centres—the cluster promotes collaboration and open innovation to strengthen the competitiveness of the Catalan ICT sector and generate high-impact collaborative projects.
The role
We are looking for a

Project Manager

to support the financial and administrative management of national and international projects and coordinate key compliance processes within the organization.
This role is adecuado for a professional with

2–3 years of experience in administration, finance, or compliance , who enjoys working in a dynamic innovation ecosystem and contributing to impactful collaborative initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Monitor the

financial execution of national and international projects , including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
Prepare





financial documentation and project justifications

for funding authorities.
Support the preparation of

project proposals, budgets, and reports .
Coordinate the organization’s

compliance framework , including GDPR, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and administrative obligations.
Contribute to

internal process improvements

and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in

Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields .
2–3 years of experience

in administration, finance, or compliance roles.
Knowledge of

public funding frameworks (national or European)

is a plus.
Fluent Catalan, Spanish, and English .
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
