Role Overview
Our client is a general technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.

We are looking for a Senior ITOM Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and IT infrastructure automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities, helping customers improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational efficiency across hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions

Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

Develop and improve the CMDB to ensure accurate service and infrastructure data

Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers

Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and JavaScript

Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace

Support cloud infrastructure management, particularly within Microsoft Azure

Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve IT operations

Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues

Follow ITIL best practices while working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITOM

Hands‑on experience with Discovery
