About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Sales Manager
professional to incorporate into our Sales Department. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales with a structured career path for growth.
Key Responsabilities
Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain client interactions, progressing to full portfolio management.
Prospecting new clients and qualifying leads.
Provide product and sales training to distributors
Work with Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry,
Food Science, or related scientific field.
High level of English (C1 written and spoken) is a plus..
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
Strong interest in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Senior sales team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and eager to learn.
