As a

Organizational Coach , your mission will be to be a key driver of the company's organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy, who can help scale the company's processes, culture,



and team autonomy.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.

Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.

Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.

Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.

Defining and providing area‑specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
