About The Role

The People Operations Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK, and Portugal. This role combines hands‑on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization,



and cross‑functional partnership in a fast‑paced global environment.
What You Will Do

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements
Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
Support offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation
Ensure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation, and required records are accurately maintained within Workday
Partner with General Mobility and external vendors when immigrati
