As a Medical Project Manager, you will oversee digital, creative, and print projects within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. You'll manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring that all outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate medical and scientific information into impactful content while maintaining strong client relationships. Accountabilities

Lead and manage medical, digital, and creative projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal production teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment

Oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management with a focus on quality, timeliness,



and cost efficiency

Coordinate with content creation teams to ensure scientific accuracy and adherence to client requirements

Manage the demand process and monitor delivery timelines to meet business objectives

Review and analyze medical data (articles, brochures, presentations) to ensure relevance and accuracy

Provide input on the creation of medical materials such as guides, brochures, and educational articles

Collaborate with multifunctional teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to specific market needs

Requirements

Proven experience in the Life Sciences, Medical, or Pharmaceutical sectors

Strong background in project management—from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery

Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing digital, creative, and print projects

Strategic and proactive mindset, capable
