Accounts Executive (German Speaker)

Requirements

Native or bilingual proficiency in German.

Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).

Mandatory residence in Spain.

Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.

Availability aligned with US time zone.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.

Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.

Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.

Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.

Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.

Valid work permit for Spain.

Additional Information

Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on‑site in Madrid.

This is a permanent contract position.





Enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus 24‑31 December discretionary days, and Friday afternoons off.

The compensation package includes versátil benefits, a referral bonus, and office perks such as fruit, snacks, monthly lunches, sports, and community activities.

The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of target.

After the initial 4-week on‑site training, on‑site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by Doofinder.

Monthly commission target: 600 EUR.

Monthly performance multiplier:

Quarterly (31 Mar / 30 Jun / 30 Sep / 31 Dec): if the quarter average achievement exceeds 150%, the whole quarter commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier.

During Ramp‑Up, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached. Ramp‑Up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%.

Internal growth opportunities are available to AE2 (35,000 EUR base) and AE3 (40,000 EUR base).
