Responsibilities

CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): Execute daily operational tasks to maintain, update, and audit CMDB data, ensuring high accuracy of configuration items and their relationships.

Data Quality Improvement: Collaborate with IT teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve conflicts, and continuously enhance CMDB quality.

PSL Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Service Lines, providing hands‑on support and guidance in ServiceNow.





Scenario Building & Consumption: Assist PSLs in designing practical scenarios and workflows to efficiently consume CMDB content for incident, problem, change, and lifecycle management.

Process Adherence: Ensure all activities align with internal governance, ITIL best practices, and organizational ITSM standards.

Required Skills

Active ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation minimum).

Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management processes and their interaction with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) focused on products and services objects.

Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.

Strong analytical skills: attention to detail, trend analysis, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data concepts to various IT teams and PSLs.
