We are looking for a hands‑on
AI Software Engineer
who can design, build, and scale practical AI systems that teams use every day. This role combines technical leadership,
AI engineering, platform thinking, and cross‑team collaboration to accelerate how we build games and operate as a company. It also includes
direct management of a web developer focused on AI‑enabled internal tools .
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of AI‑powered systems across the company
Build and maintain internal AI platforms, assistants, and automation tools
Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into internal workflows and products
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations teams to identify high‑impact AI opportunities
Drive AI adoption and best practices across teams
Develop scalable AI architectures, APIs, and orchestration systems
Improve developer productivity through AI‑assisted workflows and tooling
Define governance, reliability, and security standards for AI systems
Own AI platform cost management, usage monitoring, and pricing strategy to ensure
