Junior Operations Administrator

Execute standardized administrative and operational activities for industrial applications.
Perform user and access administration, role assignments and permission updates.
Handle license and asset administration, inventory updates and system housekeeping tasks.
Maintain master data and configuration records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor operational dashboards, perform health checks and prepare routine reports.
Process service requests, recurring tasks and documentation in line with SOPs, runbooks and work instructions.
Escalate exceptions and non-standard issues to specialist teams when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable discipline.
0-2 years of experience in operational support, service administration, shared services or IT operations.




Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools, and documented service request processes.
Hands-on experience in user administration, access management, role assignments or permission updates.
Comfortable working with SOPs, runbooks, detailed work instructions and knowledge bases.
Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise or industrial software applications.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:

Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
Previous exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
