Your Role as a Financial Director:

The Financial Director will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy and operations across our client’s Spanish market operations. The chosen individual will bring a forward-thinking perspective to financial planning, investment strategies, and operational efficiency, supporting the company’s broad objectives,

directly managing legal, tax, and banking relationships for Spanish entities
Key Responsibilities:





Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Lead financial planning, risk management, and budgeting processes across the organization.

Optimize capital allocation and oversee financial operations and investment activities.

Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and financial institutions, to facilitate fundraising and financial negotiations.

Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement strategic business initiatives.

Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations in the Spanish market.

Drive performance improvement through insightful analysis of financial data and market trends.

Manage customer credit policy & credit terms for clients.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Financial Manager within the Industrial Sector.

Deep understanding of financial legislation, regulation, and practices in the Spanish market.
