Collections Specialist

to join our

Finance&Accounting;





team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on accounts receivable.
Contact clients via email and phone to manage overdue invoice payments.
Negotiate payment plans or agreements when necessary, in accordance with company policy.
Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with clients.
Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Legal) to resolve issues delaying payment.
Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring appropriate handling and timely follow-up.
Regularly review and update client contact information and status in the system.
Requirements:
1-2 year experience of related work in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
Degree

in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
High leve
