As a Customer Service Specialist at Vingcard, you will have the opportunity tobe part of a department that is constantly growing.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager , you willbe the person in charge of being in contact with our clients in Europe.
What you will do…
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Enter, process, and manage orders.
Inform customers about products, pricing, and how the website works.
Recommend products based on the customer's needs and requirements.
Resolve customer issues in a timely, solution-oriented way.
