Key Responsibilities

Manage €20M+ Budget:

Oversee and optimize Fotocasa's annual media investment across Brand and Performance channels.
Drive Brandformance:

Evolve our integrated media mix to blend long‑term brand equity with short‑term growth (traffic, app downloads, leads, and revenue).
Data‑Driven Optimization:

Challenge existing investment models using MMM, incrementality testing, attribution frameworks, and GA4/AppsFlyer data.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration

Lead Key Relationships:

Manage media agencies, broadcasters, and tech partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) to unlock top‑tier innovation and value.
Cross‑Functional Impact:

Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to align media goals with overall business priorities.




Professional Experience & Technical Skills

10+ Years of Media Leadership:

Proven track record managing large‑scale budgets across TV, video, paid social, search, and programmatic ecosystems.
App Growth & Quality Acquisition:

Deep expertise in scaling app acquisition and engagement, focusing on high‑intent audiences and conversion quality over raw volume.
Measurement Mastery:

Strong hands‑on understanding of market intelligence and effectiveness tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Similarweb, Data.ai).
Commercial Mindset:

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge external agencies and internal teams.
